Inside Outside is led by Sandwell Cultural Education Partnership (SCEP) developed in partnership with Arts Connect, Your Trust Charity and Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH). 

Sandwell Cultural Education Partnership (SCEP) is a partnership of sector professionals, cultural enthusiasts & creative advocates who are working with children & young people (aged 0–25yrs) in Sandwell. Our membership consists of organisations, individuals and local authority services to come together to develop a more joined-up local arts and cultural offer for children and young people.

Arts Connect is the Bridge organisation for the West Midlands. Our aim is that all children and young people in the region can access and enjoy a rich and meaningful arts and cultural life.

Your Trust Charity – the registered charity of Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust incorporating not only our hospital sites at City, Rowley Regis, Sandwell and  the forthcoming Midland Metropolitan University Hospital but our GP sites and partners.
